SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the current Covid-19, you may experience short delivery delays, but please be assured that your order will still be sent to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.



Delivery Process


Processing time typically takes between 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-2 business days.

Please note that all processing times may take longer due to a high volume of orders.



Order Status


Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email.

This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status.



Delivery


Estimated delivery times are listed for each product on the sale page, and can be found in your Order Update emails.

Most of our products are unique and can come from all over the world, some are made to order.

Due to the nature of this, some items may arrive in multiple packages and/or at separate times even though you are only paying one shipping fee per order.



Delivery Time


Usually 2-4 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery.

  • If the item is shipped from our warehouse in US, it will be 1-3 weeks (it will be written on product page)
  • If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at service@feetmat.com
  • If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries)


Undelivered Packages


feetmat is not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier.

Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

All undelivered packages will be processed as a return.



Shipping


To return your product, you should contact : service@feetmat.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Order Address Error


Please contact customer service (service@feetmat.com) immediately to change your address before the shipment.

Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.

  • We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
  • All delivery times are estimates and FEETMAT is not responsible for delays due to unpredictable factors(weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays) or any other unforeseen factors.
